We specialize in previously owned, collectible, vintage, and antiquarian books, along with selected literary curiosities and related merchandise.

2. Product Descriptions and Condition
Many items offered by Resurrected Books & Curiosities are previously owned, vintage, collectible, or one of a kind.
We make reasonable efforts to describe merchandise accurately, including significant condition issues and identifying edition information.
Book-condition descriptions may use recognized bookselling terminology, including Fine, Near Fine, Very Good, and Good.
Because older books naturally exhibit signs of age and handling, customers should review descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.
Normal characteristics of age and use are not considered undisclosed defects when accurately described.
If you have questions about an item’s condition, edition, completeness, or provenance, please contact us before purchasing.
Nothing in these terms limits remedies available for materially inaccurate descriptions or other rights provided by applicable law.

Because much of our inventory consists of individual copies, items are generally available in limited quantities.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.

Donations are made by Resurrected Books & Curiosities to selected beneficiary organizations.
Purchases from this collection are purchases of merchandise, not direct charitable donations by customers.
Accordingly, customers should not assume that their purchase qualifies as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
We maintain accounting records to support the calculation and allocation of charitable proceeds.
