Our Approach to Shipping

At Resurrected Books & Curiosities, we believe a book’s journey to its next reader deserves as much care as the book itself.

Whether you’re purchasing an affordable reading copy or a treasured first edition, we take care to package your order appropriately and deliver it as safely as possible.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not available through our online checkout at this time.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and postal holidays.

Orders requiring specialized packaging may take additional time.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you.

Shipping Methods

Standard Books — USPS Media Mail

Most eligible books are shipped using USPS Media Mail.

Media Mail is an economical shipping service intended for qualifying educational and printed materials.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the combined shipping weight of eligible items in your order.

Media Mail delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping on Eligible Books

We offer free standard shipping on orders containing $100 or more in Media Mail Eligible merchandise.

The $100 threshold applies to eligible merchandise, not necessarily the entire order subtotal.

Items classified as Oversized/Heavy, Standard Parcel, or Antiquarian & Rare do not qualify for this promotion.

Eligible books purchased alongside excluded items may still receive free shipping when their qualifying subtotal reaches $100.

Oversized and Heavy Books

Large books, multivolume sets, and unusually heavy items may require additional packaging or specialized shipping arrangements.

Shipping charges for these items are calculated separately at checkout.

Antiquarian and Rare Books

Valuable, fragile, or historically significant books may require enhanced protective packaging, additional insurance, signature confirmation, or a different shipping service.

Shipping arrangements and charges will be displayed or confirmed before purchase.

Certain high-value items may require a personalized shipping quotation.

Curiosities and Other Merchandise

Items that do not qualify for USPS Media Mail are shipped using an appropriate parcel service.

These items are subject to separate shipping charges.

We select packaging according to the nature and condition of each item.

Our packaging methods may include padded mailers, rigid cardboard book
